Peggy Greenberg
Biography
Peggy Greenberg joined the Link House Board in September 2025. Peggy retired in 2010 from her position as Director of the Office of Education and Training for the United States Senate. Her office was responsible for the training and development of approximately 6,000 Senate staff nationwide. In addition to ongoing classroom training Peggy and her staff worked with Senate Members and their staff on developing strategic plans for legislative priorities, improving staff communication and teamwork and expanding their outreach to constituents, A tribute to Peggy was published in the Congressional Record upon her retirement. After her retirement Peggy started her own training and consulting business.
Peggy is a registered to nurse by original training and prior to working at the Senate she worked in several large health care systems in the DC/Baltimore region doing training and organizational development. Working both as a nurse and educator in hospitals and health systems has always been the part of her career that she is most passionate about. Much of her post retirement training and consulting has been in health care organizations and agencies,
Peggy is an avid traveler and enjoys bicycle riding and spin classes. She also has been taking tap dancing for the last 24 years. Peggy is a part time volunteer at the AJH Gift Shop and at Our Neighbors Table.
