Link House Inc. Recipients of 2nd Award from CCB Foundation
For the second time, Link House Inc. will benefit from the generosity of the CCB Foundation. The recent $7,000 gift will be directed to assist clients in need of support to transition from a Link House program into an independent living situation. Funds will be used for first and last month’s deposit for an apartment, and/or assistance to set up an apartment (furniture, bedding, kitchen items, etc.).
In 2018, Colleen and Gordon Bullard of Rockport established the CCB Foundation Inc. in memory of their son, who lost his battle to addiction the year before at the age of 30. The Bullards have turned their grief into action, with the goal of supporting innovative recovery programs. “We are most grateful for the continued support of the CCB Foundation. They truly understand the challenges of addiction, and the supports needed for clients to transition into independent living and maintain long-term recovery” says Gary Gastman, Executive Director for Link House Inc.

Colleen and Gordon Bullard of Rockport were devastated when they lost their 30-year-old son Cory to drug addiction in 2017, but they have turned their grief into action. The Bullards established The CCB Foundation to honor their son, which helps fund innovative recovery programs. In December, The CCB Foundation made a gift of $4,000 to Link House Inc. in support of the Maris Center, a residential rehabilitation program located in Salisbury, MA.
