Robert A. Dignan, Jr.
Bob is a Senior Attorney in the Newburyport law firm of Mead, Talerman & Costa, LLC. He has practiced law for over twenty-three years and brings a broad range of legal knowledge to a practice with a particular emphasis in title examination and resolution of complex real estate title issues. Bob concentrates in commercial and residential real estate law and conveyancing, title examination and review, title insurance, Land Court and Probate Court research, municipal law and zoning. Prior to joining the Firm, he practiced civil litigation and corporate law, in addition to real estate law, with firms in Boston, until operating an office of his own for nine years. Bob earned his JD from Massachusetts School of Law at Andover and holds a BA in History from Merrimack College.
For twelve years Bob served as a conductor on the Immaculate Conception School North Pole Express. He was also a long-time Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America, Newburyport Pack and Troop 451, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the Northern Light District of the Yankee Clipper Council. Bob lives with his wife and son in Amesbury, where he coached youth baseball for several years.
